Thank you for your interest in booking a catered event with us. The Tied House staff is committed to making your event a special one. Our goal is to make you a guest at your own party. Please read this entire letter as is will provide some important information and answer most of your questions. Please note that you are by no means limited to these selections, and we will do our best to accommodate your special requests.

We offer a variety of catering services including pre-ordered pick up, delivery and staffed service. Our menus range from Gourmet Boxed Lunches to full dinner buffets. After reviewing the menus, please give us a call to discuss the arrangements. 72 hours advance notice is required in most cases.

CATERING FORMS AND PRINTABLE MENU: If you have already made contact regarding a catered event please print the following forms, catering 06.doc, for a faxable menu and request form. You may then complete this form and fax it to the restaurant. You will need Acrobat Reader to open this file.Thank you for your interest in booking your event with us. Please read this letter carefully, as it will answer most of the questions you may have.

DEPOSITS:
A deposit of 50% of the estimated total bill will be required of all events. Other deposits for special equipment, kegs or rentals may be required. Deposits are due upon signing the catering agreement and are non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 72 hours written notice.

PAYMENT:
: A detailed invoice of all items and services will be provided for your review and payment in full on the day of the event. We accept cash, company checks, and all major credit cards (sorry, no personal checks).

DELIVERY:
Charges are based on the number of guests and the type of event. The minimum charge is $25. Charges vary according to the scope of the event.

SERVICE LABOR CHARGES:
If your event requires staffed service we bill $25 per hour and charge for loading, travel, set-up, event time, breakdown and return.

LINEN RENTAL RATES:
White tablecloths - $5.00 and up.
Green cloth napkins - $1.00 ea.

JOCKEY BOX RENTALS:
$250 deposit required.
$35 one day rental.
$15 each additional day.

MISC. INFORMATION:
Cost of all extra equipment rental, decorations and entertainment expenses will be charged back to the customer. The cost of any items and/or equipment not returned will be deducted from the deposit or billed to the customer.
